This piece belongs in the Headmistress Sampler Series by designer Kathleen Littleton from Cross Stitch Antiques. Designed in 1992 to honor the first six of her little girls, she incorporated her favorite band and border patterns. Stitched on 18 count Aida with 37 count Corn Tassel Legacy Linen or 36 count Vintage Butter Cream Lakeside Linens as suggested substitutions.
