Description
Girls in Blue Dresses is the second new reproduction sampler available from Merry Wind Farm. Two young girls, perhaps sisters, pose proudly in their best dresses and fancy red shoes beneath a pomegranate tree. They stand on a lush lawn with a pair of bunnies and a deer. Although unsigned and undated, the style of work would indicate it was completed in the early to mid 19th century.

The stitch count is 127(w) x 171(h). Cross stitch over two threads of linen is used to complete this sampler.

The model has been stitched on a 30 count linen.
