Linen: 32 Count Vellum by Picture This Plus
Threads: Gentle Arts, Classic Colorworks, Anchor, and Rainbow Gallery‘s Wisper for the fuzzy beard, hair and eyebrows.
(DMC color equivalents included.)

I stitched a light complexion, but you can certainly use a substitute floss color for a different skin tone.
