This biscornu (fancy pincushion) pattern is provided in two colourways: a monochrome and a coloured one. The models were stitched on 36 count Platinum by Zweigart (cream fabric) and 32 count Spilt Merlot by Mojo Stitches (pink fabric). See other listings for kits. Stitch count 62 x 136. It is mostly cross-stitch, with some satin stitch, a few French knots and Algerian Eyelets, as well as a little bit of backstitch for the finishing.

I had great fun designing my first biscornu, and I love playing with designs through the use of colour. I hope you will play with this too and customise it to your favourite colours, and use what‘s in your stash. And I promise: it‘s easier to make than it looks :)
