Description
This beautiful sampler was first stitched in 1856 by Rachel Howells. I just love those birds and the strong colors Rachel used when stitching this sampler. Working in full cross stitch, this sampler was reproduced on 40 count Legacy Linen from Picture This Plus using one strand of NPI silk (Needlepoint Inc) over two linen threads. A DMC conversion is given if you prefer to stitch with cotton threads but the color results will vary.
