This looked like nice item, and I brought up problem of shipping to seller (sent in wrong packaging so package arrived with amount $7.42 postage due and I had already paid her $4.95 for shipping, but seller blamed PO, was very defensive and made me try to solve problem myself by speaking with my PO. The order was placed on 10/27, delivery attempted on 10/31, returned to sender on 11/2 along with request for full refund, but I have still not received the refund on 11/6. I will definitely NOT make other purchases from this shop, and hope other stitchers heed the warning.
