Inspiration came from the many antique samplers that we all have grown to love.
What a perfect gift for the sampler stitcher in your life. A lovely basket of fruit, several
traditional borders, a little house, a dog , trees and grass all combine for a lovely overall look. A year could easily be added and stitched over one above one of the trees on the right.

Stitch Count: 62 W x 73 H

Fabric: #37 Legacy linen; color: Corn Tassel

Fibers: The original model was stitched in a combination of hand dyed fibers from
Classic Colorworks and Weeks Dye Works. DMC equivalents are included.

Finished size on #37 linen: 3.35” W x 3.8” H

Finished size on #32 linen: 3.9” H by 4.56” H

Finishing: finished as a flat with twisted cording around the edges and a silk bow
